I so appreciate you so much we have so many black companies that have worked on the ingredients that do work for our hair I'm working hard on myself on a weight program and when you put good things into the body it really shows on the outside I no longer buy from those who hate us but profit from us and I'm 60 people can believe it when I tell them my age as well has my natural hair when I do have it out, yes I still wear the wigs but slowly slowly.

Fun video! Nice to you the family together for July 4th , and good food! I was wondering what are some of your top foods being that you are gluten-free. There was a time in my life that I was feeling more tired and felt that I was like so many gluten sensitive. I tried to cut wheat/gluten products down as much as possible but it's not easy when you need something quick and you are out and about, plus the breads are really expensive. I'm no longer on that mission, but I did think I had felt more energy having as little wheat as possible. It looks like you have it under control though.
