Bernard Marriot ,for those who may not be aware, is of Dynamos Football Club. He was a very decent football player. His nickname was "Magitare" because of his musical prowess.

My Honours dissertation at the UZ is on Thomas Mapfumo's music and was supervised by his nephew Prof Musaemura Bonus Zimunya. In the 90s, taitoziva kuti Mukanya vano releaser new album between 21 and 23 December. Saka every christmas we had a gift from Mukanya. That was before piracy destroyed the sale of recorded music.
