Those SD70ACE’s are awesome locos. One question I have is that on cold start they seem to go straight to quite high rpm. Is there a reason for that?

I didn't use any particular microphone. It was the original mic in my Canon VIXIA HF R700.

@@RailfanDaniel1997 Oh ok thank you, very few videos like this out there but of course it depends what type of playback speakers you have on your PC. I use a Harmen/Kardon Onyx 6 so so good!!

@@bishoponbass7852 nice. Wasn't too sure I do a lot out of graniteville and I work my way up to Newbury and I do a lot out of that Lexington tire plant but I wasn't too sure if it just meander is its way across just south of 20 till it meats back up again. Thanks 🤠✌🏻

1:38 that F40PH phase ll sounds more like a horn from a GE E60 than an F40PH
