If you think the HP is bad, check out HP10 in mania. Its takes a long time to regen HP. even worse, Hp 11. In lazer with DA you can do Hp11, and you literally don't regen any hp. And any perfect hit or less you do causes Hp loss, and falling to 0% caused immediate fail, even if you don't break combo. Its kind of funny. Want to clarify, when i say "perfect", I mean the 300, not 320. 320 does nothing.

For me, the way to get motivation was to play maps with songs that I found on spotify. Graveyard map? Graveyard map it is. Also, funnily enough, playing with different skins has helped me pass maps that I couldn't pass before, even if the skin is really bad. Also, changing modes can help you stay out of the "loser" mindset since you were never good at those modes so why do you care? I got like top 25 on some random taiko map and it was the funniest thing ever. Many times, I just put on a map that is beyond my capabilities and I end up getting an amazing score. Could it be because I'm getting better? Could it be because I didn't worry about being good at the map or passing my old score? Who knows. Also, stay off platforms like reddit. Most people on the subreddit are a bunch of egoistical a-holes that look down on any 6digit. I asked for advices on how to get better at the game and out of the 60 replies, at least 20 of them were people making fun of the fact that I was 500k with over 200hrs in the game. People progress differently than others. I wasn't lucky enough to have a pc that could run osu when I was 12 when I first made my account. I finally got a setup good enough for it when I was 16 but then I had no time. It was only when lockdown came that I had time to actually play the game. Sometimes taking the game at your own pase is good. Do you feel like you're stuck behind a skill wall? Stop the game for a week or two and come back when you have motivation.

I think, that everyone know that, but they are just don't understanding it.
