Perfect timing, was just about to change the badges and wondered if they removed like the mk3. Quick question about your wing mirror covers, what sticky tape did you use? I’m having trouble getting mine to stick properly. Have you ever had to re stick yours? Cheers mate!

@@theFLuXlul well glad I can help mate and yes I did have issues only on one side with the carbon covers, so I bought some new adhesive tape this one. www.ebay.co.uk/itm/233840867220?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=Q8OAm2K0RFy&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=ijtPatNeQxm&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY I first heated one side and stuck it on the side mirror, I then removed the red tape cover and heated that up with heat gun too to help it be extra sticky, I then used a soft plastic clamp to hold edges tight, left it for a few hours and now no issues at all not even when it’s hot, hope that helps mate

Just to clarify, you completely removed sticky tape and used Sitxall? Sticky tape is not needed? I have the same spoiler and i have tiger seal, tiger seal would be enough to hold it without adding sticky tape?

You've made the same mistake with the rear mud flaps i did :D -The ones that you installed are for hatchback model For Kombi/Wagon/Sportstourer LEON IV - this is proper and validated part number that fits absolutely perfectly: 5FE075101

😂😂😂 just do the mods when wife is out and congrats on the car, what colour did you go for. Also my car came with seat sound which is really good and has some cracking base making the windows vibrate ahah. If you wanted to upgrade the sound system in your car you will need to take side door panels off, rewire the new system to the car and a few more things so it’s defo a process, I’ve never done it but had mates that have and you can find some videos online for the process.

@@DaickersVideos Thanks for the prompt reply man. Seen a few different vids. Some people put the lower bolt on different bolts at the bottom. And some people cut the plastic trim under the bonnet in the engine bay. Does the bonnet go up by itself once you release it under the bonnet, or do you have to guide it up?

Hey no, once you open it and unlock the clip of the bonnet, the struts hydraulics will automatically push the bonnet up on its own. @@haz_raf
