This is so weird to romantise one of the most toxic and dark couples. It didn't just start in Season 5 or 6. Even Ava reminds him at some point that the last time Bowman beat her was because she called Boyd creepy to his face. He was witness to it all. He was fine pointing a gun at her in the pilot and attempting to kill her. He was fine manipulating her for season after season to get what he wanted and never actually saw or treated her as his equal. And he was fine literally abusing her in Season 6 by nearly choking her. My, what a love story!

At the very least, a mini-series on th eTim Gutterson back story would be great.

Kinda wish you left in the smirk brad gives trombley after the “wish id been shot” bit. Its the most “you are very likely a psycho. But you do make a damn fine marine, so I’ll allow it.” Still kino tho.

I never thought a TV show could mesmerize me for so long. I didn’t have Showtime way back 3:18 saw the series for the first time about 2018. This year 2024 I’ve been watching it again, over and over. Mostly just the Brian Justin parts though. It makes me smile and laugh and cry. I know that having that kind of powerful love has never and will never happen for me. I have to admit the first time watching I was too transfixed by the sex to notice much else 😂. But now I realize it might be the most well written show I’ve ever seen. The quotes stick with me, as painful as they might be. ❤ to my QAF friends

This is the first time I've seen that the foundation laid by Thomas Harris was laid out, which Fuller took and adapted through all the characters. I don't agree with the rest. that this is some kind of “corruption of characters”, Fuller talks about transformation and change for example Mason through faith and God, Will from a nervous profiler to a sophisticated criminal, Francis respectively from a man who cannot and does not want to be in his own skin and becomes a Dragon, like Randall to the animal curing his illnesses...More differently, but Alana from black and white to wearing Hannibal's robes and being tough about protecting those she loves But Chiyo doesn’t transform, Abigail doesn’t either, she just learns more truth about herself, but never gets to the core of herself, and Bedelia, thanks to the devil, also delves into her tastes, but doesn’t transform Thanks to Thomas Harris, Fuller, and such edits for portraying the theme of the show, which affects half the characters! Masterpiece!
@ifyouwant47697 күн бұрын
The animality of everyone is very interestingly presented, and how violence is natural in an ordinary environment, and characters with darkness inside are displayed as animals in their environment, and take what is due to them)) The main character is Will, but the transformation also affects secondary characters, Fuller is good

I literally hated that "you're not my sister" moment. It was cruel. And Amelia didn't do bad things to Meredith, so there was no reason. She just so an opportunity to blame someone, to give away some of her pain. And jumped for it. But still it was cruel and unfair.

Rhea Seehorn is far from today's stereotypical bimbo (or whatever society want to see in women), but I find her to be one of the (if not THE) most beautiful, charismatic actress out there. She just steals every scene she's in and it's impossible to take our eyes off her. And her smile...

I have nightmares sometimes where I'm screaming for a corpsman knowing it won't matter if he got my friend or if he didn't and there isn't nothing I can do but lie and tell him everything will be ok. The helplessness of knowing nothing in your power can change the fact that once he's done chocking on blood that sound will be all you will ever have left of him.
