Jorge Masvidal said in an interview that Romero doesn't even lift weights. Which is insane. Just push-ups, pull-ups, and squat jumps. Seems hard to believe 😅

So. I have NO qualms saying I'm terrible at all this. But i cannot help but laugh at the seeing red thing. I've had numerous people tell me, and even condition me, to not be a total ass clown and retain some calm.

Have fear but don’t let it control you, it keeps you aware and gives you a better performance in the ring but it can also make you hesitant fear in martial arts is like fire if you control it you can cook on it but if you don’t control it it will burn your house down

The thing about fighting for sport (MMA, Boxing, etc) is that you might start thinking those fight rules apply to the streets. The real wicked ones always have a knife or gun ready to go. And they really want to use it and train how to use it. And most street thugs will not square up to you. You'll get shot or stabbed after the initial conflict when you least expect it. This is where sport fighting can get you killed in the streets.
