I cannot stand the hate some people have in their heart. Growing up with a very prejudice family member would just get me so angry. I love people no matter where they come from. My son has watched one of his best friends be profiled one day in a Wawa. He stood up to the employee and we've never returned to that location since. I'm just glad you both are safe after that nasty incident. On a positive note i have to say brisket is adorable and i love when he extends his little paw out. He couldn't be any cuter. Keep spreading positivity and light to the world.

You're in my neck of the woods! I actually live about an hour and a half away, on the VA/KY border, but Bristol, Abingdon, Kingsport is one of the go to spots for health care, shopping etc. You should try to check out Barter Theatre in Abingdon. They put on great plays and its got great history. Its like 15 min outside Bristol

Wakey time. You both look well rested. I usually try to go to Waffle House for breakfast when I am on the road. I like their cheesy eggs, bacon, raisin toast with hash browns and their awesome coffee. Sheetz is good. I like their chicken sandwiches with the boom boom sauce for lunch or dinner. The rest stops certainly do make driving easier, especially if you have a dog. Glad to see Brisket get a good run. Great outdoor deck at Backbone Brewery Outpost. Looking forward to Bucees and Severville, TN. Glad you are having a good roadtrip. 👍

that brewery was so amazing to have a menu for pups! brisket is a celebrity everywhere he goes, the people love him. when you're in pigeon forge check out old mill restaurant for some good country food be safe on your adventures and have fun

Hey Lupe 👋 I can't believe you've never seen lightning bugs before . Growing up we use to catch them peel the "light bulb " off them and make jewelry out of it ( thinking about it as an adult that's horrible). Wait for it to get really dark and your camera will pick them up. Continued safe travels 🙏
