Vry.effective vdo.lecture on Communication bt as a professional in my opinion it is an essential ingredient in management -employee relations. It seems that there is a direct correlation between employee communication and profitable operation of the organization.Management depends upon communication to achieve the Organizational objectives.since managers work with nd thru other people, all their acts, policies, rules, orders nd procedure must pass through some kind of communication channel.Information nd knowledge about all the aspects makes the operations of the organization comparatively trouble free.It is the responsibility of the management to ensure that the employees have obtained all necessary information about the different aspects including Skill development through different Training Methodologies nd get necessary feedback to achieve organizational goals in brief.Vry.informative nd outstanding lecture 👍

It's like making thumbnails for art or graphic design. Except with thumbnails I don't often have a clear problem I'm trying to solve so I'm just trying to come up with something that looks good. But first I should figure out what this particular image is trying to do first. Otherwise I'll just be copying other peoples best design. My best design is probably someone else's and as a result it won't be unique. You don't always want unique though. A unique website is hard to use. But a book cover should probably be unique. A logo should be unique. So you need to figure out what your trying to do and forget about making it look good. You can make any basic design look good. You have to come up with the problem that needs to be solved, solve it and then make it look good using colors. If you use all colors (the entire color gamut not just every hue) It almost has to look good.
