Sorry. As a long term thrower, lifelong student of the sport and throwing coach for over 15+ years, this is a very weak list of specialty exercises for the shotput. A few of these are okay but it almost completely misses exercises working on strength in the legs and explosive strength. Out of seven exercises, only one even remotely touches on the lower body and this is more hamstrings and hips (kettlebell). Anyway, simply put, not good stuff. Go to Throws University for better stuff from people who know.
