I am stunned at how often I said “Kankakee” when I meant “Kewanna”!

One of my all-time favorites is My Pretty Girl. Everything is perfect. The recording is clear enough that you can really enjoy the string base solo. Thank you for your information. Many years ago probably in the 70s RCA put out a series of vintage on 33 1/3 records Oh how have felt about not buying the Goldkett record.

I had the pleasure of covering Triton girls basketball when Amber played. The shot that won the game of overtime, stopped my heart for a second and tears came. I turned the mic over to my broadcast partner and he had tears too. What a great experience for a kid who played her role until the big moment came. I have called high school basketball for 48 years and nothing has topped that yet. I know it meant more to me too because I graduated from Bourbon High School and would have loved to play basketball, but then girls did not have that chance. Amber made history and didn't let it phase her at all....Rita Price Simpson,

HECK of a math teacher. My favorite move of his was when he would point to one student and call on another. He also coached me a little in track. All around great human.

IHSAA basketball had 3-pointers in 1982?
@kentayers45782 жыл бұрын
I don't think they did til 1988. And if it was 1982, Scott Skiles more than likely would be on the floor. That was the year Plymouth won the state championship.

Thanks for sharing. Our working list included 130 residents, former residents, relatives and others noted in the local papers. We do have baby Harold in our official list, I don't think all 130 made it into the video.
