I thought it was especially convenient making your video near a cemetery . Not so far to travel if something goes terribly wrong and it turns out to be your last bike ride. 🤔

A question…. You went west to east along the Trent canal. Parks Canada on its website, recommends paddling east to west, that is Trenton to Lake Simcoe. Did you consider that option? Based on your trip, do you think east to west is a viable paddling option for a solo canoe (given the current)?

Having found the page that I believe you're referring to on the website, their reason for that recommendation is the winds on the large lakes. They only make that recommendation if you are planning on canoeing the entire 387km route. On my trip I avoided the 3 largest lakes (Simcoe, Couchiching, and Rice). At 3:45 I explained why I picked my route and direction and I still think it's was the best option given the parameters of my trip.

? Would you know how to check for a cold solder joint? I’ve just put a kit together with all new parts using the 50s Gibson wiring style and while I do get sound out of the two humbuckers, it is extremely low volume from both. Thank you.

Would this work without ruining my paint on my bike? It’s a 2010 really trying to keep it original it’s a mint condition other than the rust fitbikeco TRL3 red and gold. Trying to restore it so I can sell my heavy bike and keep this one. It’s made of chromoly 100 percent on the frame and the rust spots are very small… would it ruin red and black paints?

I think a rubber/foam mat should do the truck too. Or even a towel. The only problem is that the towel will cause rust if it gets and remains wet for too long.
