Beautifully made documentary of a beautiful place. Thank you for sharing. There is also great sadness, however, at the disappearance of the snow and glaciers. To see the Howell Hut on scree and bare rock when on my three visits I have only ever seen it in deep snow and we had to dig out the opening in the mid to late 80s - this is a potential tragedy unfolding.

Brilliant trip report. The views look stunning between the bad weather. I think you made a good call not heading up to the top when you were unwell. I really want to climb up Mount Kenya but know the very top is not for me, I'll try and get to the 3rd highest peek and enjoy the trek with different descent route to keep it interesting. Well done. The mountain is always there for you later.

I was testing my Rab Valiance down jacket in heavy rain. And I can say after 3 hours walking in heavy rain, the goose installation was wet. And Rab telling its 100 % water water proof. Please tell me if 100% waterproof how was rain coming inside jacket and was wet goose installation.
