Usually the refs will let you off with more then 4 steps when you’re running unless it’s obvious they’re over carrying it, just since it’s harder with the speed of the game or else the whistle would be constantly blowed, love seeing more people discover this sport🔥

Watch USA team in 7s Rugby. They are getting better. USA needs to transition some of their 7s players to 15. That will give them the feeling of playing for 40 to 15 minutes.

Not sure if you know this, but Pac himself chose that particular beat for the song out of a library of beats Bone Thugs had. The beat never got used, but it was originally intended for a track featuring Easy E. [ It never got used because Easy E died before they could get it done.] Btw....Pac and Bone Thugs remains one of my favorites, you might check out Pac n Biggie together in "trust no one" They both bring it!! This track also predates the Bone one by some time. Worth a reaction by itself.

glad you arent looking up the lyrics and listening until you understand it. thats the way we did it when it came out. so many ppl look up the lyrics i think it takes away from the song as i think its suppose to be part of the song that you dont get the lyrics the first time and you have to hear it. also yeah idk why they ended like they did

The mauls. The England team had more muscle - so went for mauls. Especially if near the line, But the New zealanders were faster, so opened it up in the second half. Result!

T man if u gone be a Bizzy fan u gotta know he changed his approach to music countless times. He went through what I call a survival period where he was making music with some very questionable "artists" pretty much whoever paid him it seems like and through that he explored many different styles. Not saying there weren't any great songs in that period because there were but to me the very first albums with bone and his first solo albums beginning with Heavenz Movie are where you can experience the real Bizzy Bone. Starting with The Mantra on his recent projects is where in my opinion he started getting back to his good flow and production got much better.

In Rugby you need to be committed to make a tackle. It's gonna hurt but you also stop them scoring
@ryansimms316 ай бұрын
All Teams if you are either a (Male or Female). They are allowed to tackle the opponents' bodies/Pants and the Legs. The 3 things that they can't do against their opponents, is by targeting both their Shoulders/ necks or their heads. If they decide to target their shoulders, that will lead you with a Yellow Card. Yellow Card means that you are out for 10 minutes, till you can return back to the action. If they decide to do a high tackle, that will lead you with a Red Card. That means you are out for the whole game. Not only that, that person will then miss 3 of their matches coming up.
