I've had one of these since September but am disappointed to notice that the volume has noticeably dropped despite being fully charged.

I've had this model since September and have noticed the volume is now much reduced - it is fully charged, any ideas why this would be the case?

I use it for refereeing in handball, although it's designed for outdoor use. It's an amazing referee whistle.
