😂 you should thank the former congressman and the former mayor of Taguig because they are the one who hired an urban planner to design BGC. That is documented on YT. BCDA (Bases Convertion and Development Authority) is the one assigned to develop and convert former military bases to a business district. BTW it's not by Ayala, don't give all the credits to them. BGC is foreign funded. Almost 22 countries signed an agreement to invested and build BGC as what you see today 😅 Ayala just make some revisions to the original plan like the city center not the whole BGC. Ayala a credit grabber ahaha. It's not Ph money it's all came from foreign investors. are you kidding?

Dante Tiñga is the author of BCDA law which was passed in March 1992 by Cory Aquino. Just search BCDA on Google and you will know the history of why we have BGC now. Now tell me is that Ayala initiative?

Its not ayala, its megaworld from global alliance. Ayala only as joint venture of megaworld. Megaworld bought that former fort bonifacio .

Saya orang Jakarta, saya melihat ketimpangan yang jauh dikota Metro Manila terutama di Jalan Utamanya, ketimpangan di daerah pengembang swasta dan daerah jalan umum kota...seperti bumi dan langit...seharusnya pemerintah kota metro manila dari sejak awal mengenakan pajak ke pengembang tersebut sehingga bisa merawat dan memperbaiki kondisi wilayah jalan jalan umum agar terlihat sama dengan wilayah yang dibuat oleh pengembang dengan taman taman asri nya...ini keliatan masih seperti era kolonial...yang kaya dan miskin tidak ada kesetaraan...Jakarta sudah bergerak disetiap sudut jalan ditamani tanaman untuk menambah keindahan layaknya wilayah yang dibuat oleh pengembamg swasta

Still BGC is so dark at night🥴 lack of light shows😮💨. Thank you for the video 👍 God bless you 🙏 I hope they put more lights on parks🥰😍🤩 for tourist attractions.

During Christmas time, the entire BGC is filled with lights. I took this video around the end of February. Moreover, it was a weekday and nighttime, so GoPro didn't perform well. Sorry about the quality. BGC is a very attractive place to hang out. We will try to cover the best of BGC as soon as possible. Thank you for your valuable words! 🥰
