Absolutely superb but would like to have seen some of the build , far too much fast forwarding. Could you not make a longer video? That’s a serious question not a put down by the way. All the best from the uk 👍👍👍

Thanks Jim! The KZfaq algorithm is fickle. Most people just need to get the point and the actual build bores others. Hard balance to strike. Attention is a complicated thing to capture. Always learning and appreciate your feedback.

You asked about that moment when I switch from interested to intrigued? Bowling Alley Wax. I swear I could hear the squeak as the hamster fell off the wheel in my head. While not a sheen I'd go to on a personal project, it's really cool to know that it exists, and to see how it looks! For lack of a better word, it looks like a "natural" high gloss finish. It's not uniform like a polished poly or epoxy, yet it's not splotchy like a hastily applied spar (don't ask...). It feels very organic. I've played around with so many obscure finishes over the years--I've even tried sanding and polishing raw wood--and you've just given me something new to play with, so thank you! Also, heckin' subscribed. Killer work!

I agree with some others, you're not much of a comedian. The craftsmanship stands on its own though I still enjoy the narrating.

Thanks! Re: comedy, that’s a personal thing. It connects with some and it’s authentic as I’m almost never very serious. I get it though and appreciate your support and time to watch!

the angle corner joins could have been a cool place to incorporate spines in the joints for strength and alignment. but might not be a detail you wanted. either way it turned out great.

Hey Nick. Really enjoyed your video and love the bed. Coming from a fellow cabinet maker / draughtsman what I really did appreciate most about this project was your willingness to do things your way and that’s not always easy so hats off to you buddy. I’ll look forward to future projects. All the best 👍😎

First time watcher and was I wanting to talk made trash. Mostly out of Jealousy, awe, and respect. This is easily one of the most stunning builds I've watched. You sir are the man. Just finished my first workbench build a few weeks ago... I feel inadequate... I'm going to ride my dirt bike.

Absolutely terrible sponsor segway. Please dont do that ever again. Some people would rather not have a fucking emergency alert sound during a furniture building video.

@@SawyerDesign The woodworking and editing are great, but the comedy is just awful. I hate to even comment on it, but it's bad. Like really bad. And tasteless. I was about to subscribe and the jokes made me not want to...
