let me explain to you why a Blood Meridians movie probably won't come out: the amount of R-rated scenes, the difficult if not impossible casting for the judge, the length of the movie itself to get even a fraction of the depth of the story would last at least About 5 hours

I think Blood Meridian as an animated movie/show with this similar art style would be a good portrayal compared to a live action movie since Judge Holden is almost ethereal in nature with so much incomprehensible evil. But then again, I'd still see the live action of Blood Meridian.

Judge holden is described as nearly 7 ft 0 in (2.13 m) tall and completely lacking body hair, including eyebrows and eyelashes. He is massive in frame, enormously strong, an excellent musician and dancer, a fine draftsman, exceptionally articulate and persuasive in several languages, and an unerring marksman.

He is a malicious and evil character, extremely evil, maybe the most in fiction, he views life as nothing more than something that needs abstract correction in terms of eliminating the mere concept of innocence, his goal is to break everything mentally, physically and spiritually, to graping, murdering, mass murder, genocide, arson, homicide and every single crime imaginable and to make sure everything in life runs in chaos in evil he does it in spite of his own pleasure he is known to be or some others think that he is just Satan himself, he’s so evil and dark a blood meridian movie can not be put into production because of the violent themes and terrifying events that happen in the book he is truly a character that is so far gone from any fictional character in fiction he holds the title as the most gut wrenching and horrible character oat.
