The beginning of the end for Paul Kossoff After this he hit the ditch hard, they tried a reunion but it was far too late The band was his life and the breakup killed him

i have now heard, i dunoo, 7 or 8 versions of this song. THIS is by far my favorite. To doggone short, which is funny, some other versions are much longer. Never really cared for studio version or the live version on my old albums. but THIS…every day, every damn day

Beautiful tribute to one of one the most underrated bands. Nobody plays like Paul Kossoff. He told me His favourite track Catch a Train.

I saw Roy Buchanan play approximately 70 to 80 times in the early 1970s at the Crossroads Bar in Bladensburg, MD. His playing was magical. Incredibly quiet and modest. His band mates just so-so, but when he broke into a solo, he made time stop. RIP Roy.

Die 70er Jahre waren musikalisch gesehen genial. Free gehörten dazu, auch mit ihren Songs bin ich aufgewachsen und erwachsen geworden. Danke dafür 🎧🎛🎸

He could make his guitar talk, holler, and cry. Such command and talk about tone. This man is a legend amongst legends. RIP brother.

No pedals/straight into the amp..Volume swells/roll in roll offs..bends.. double stops..palm muting..open string harmonics..palm muting harmonics.. behind the nut bends.. speed picking/shredding..etc' not necessarily in that order' combining all techniques simultaneously while playing. He was ahead of his time. Danny Danny Gatton was another one. The two best to pick up a telecaster.

Maybe one of the world’s greatest examples of guitar playing, while at the same time one of the worlds worst examples on how to take video.

This is so far removed from the predominant click track crap produced today. And I love seeing no drum riser! No pretense or stupid light show. 👍
