Then, you'll need to put it into recovery mode and restore the device with a computer. Or, you can use iCloud to remotely erase the device.

Please help, so I accidently dropped my phone and it landed face down on tile. When I picked it up it was fine, no scratches and turned on and off like normal. I walk for one minuet, then when I look down I see my phone on a blank screen so I tried to restart it. But then it kept restarting over and over without me touching it. Now, I already tried plugging it in and trying to reboot it but that hasn't worked, and I dont have a cable that could connect my phone to my pc.

I need help with mine, so before when it black out it was glitching and the glitching take up the whole phone screen and I couldn’t see my Home Screen or my app, and the phone have 100% battery before the blackout and when I try to charge it, I can hear the sound when you change your phone but, it still black

This definitely works. I could not swipe to power off so tried the second option. Initially my phone would not let me do anything it would not swipe up for me to put in a password or Face ID. I thought maybe it was because of the screen replacement I recently got. But doing the second method really help saved me a trip back to the phone replacement store.
