You know, details like this might have seem really simple; but when you get randomly told "hey, help put away these choir risers!", and nobody here knows how to do it, it makes you appreciate that these types of videos exist.

The man that is Talking... should SMILE more... Wear something more comfortable... You look like a Model (take that as a complement)... but when you are building a stage... you don't need to look like a model... or a businessman... Look like part of the crew, owner, Director.. etc. Make us want to buy this... by being PART of the Stage/Crew... Still a great video... except for the loud background noise/music. I am an Acting Director... and used to do commercials... This commercial is too Stuffy... Not able to connect with your viewers...

Device, great. Marketing, not so great. Your focus on crowd *control* and *security* personnel instead of crowd *management* and *safety* personnel is not just a word game. (Maybe an event's medical staff could make use of the elevated step.) You are perpetuating the mindset in your customers that crowd management is a security issue, something necessary to contain unruly people, and not something they need to do because they are legally and morally responsible for maintaining a safe environment for their patrons. This looks like a clever system, but it also sounds like a solution intended for event organizers who want to avoid careful planning. It's a clever system, but without an effective crowd management plan these devices could be part of what makes a situation risky. (E.g., they could be used to create pinch points.) Even Cheerios says it's only part of a nutritious breakfast in its marketing. Could you at least hint at the need for more than corralling systems and security staff to keep mass gathering events safe? The more attention you raise to these issues, the more you broaden your potential customer base, and the safer our mass gathering events become.

The bolts that secure the steps to the frame are VERY tight on our risers. They are so tight that when you try to loosen them, the plastic knob comes right off. Any advice on how to actually loosen them easily? If the knobs keep coming off, we will be unable to flip the steps for a straight setup.
