Hi just wondering because this is a hobbie for me as well... but how much do you spend on junes journey virtual world each much? Otic3e you have a bunch of coins as well how do you accumulate coins, trees, buildings? Your island is so beautiful and have been watching your videos because they are super informative 😊

The key to accumulating coins is being able to play scenes. I'm part of a team that commits to at least 2 drinks daily, so I get an energy boost that way. I also try to play all of the FFs, DNs, HWs, and Sweep the Board events for rewards. I only spend real money on diamonds, decorations, or those multi packs of things only if it's a really good offer. Coins are never worth it.

You can exchange lower value ones for higher by selling the little ones or getting rid of free ones they give you to begin with. I will say, I don't have the current Set the Scene. I only was part of the initial Set the Scene with the Wild West set.

There are a few Facebook groups that give spoilers on decorations. Not sure how they get their info, but glad that they do and that they share! :) It helps so much to plan ahead.

Seasonal sets are given monthly and only available during the month they are given. This month is the wedding seasonal set, and July is the Orchid Island village set.

It was the seasonal set for January. These get repeated yearly with new items and they offer some of the individual items as purchase options occasionally or as rewards for challenges.

Thanks so much! You definitely need more enough water for the rough seas boat. On another island, I've seen people make make it look like it's going through a small straight out to sea by clever arranging. I wish they'd let us actually put it in the sea by the island.

Thanks for the info for July. I've been successful so far this June not getting anything for the June wedding set. I'm very into houses/buildings where I can surround them with gardens. Re Laurel Island, I also combined the India set with the set from May and made a pretty area on the lower left end of the lower tier. There is more room than I thought. All my Christmas items are on the second tier. Still haven't decided what to do with the right side of the bottom tier. I also consider JJ my hobby. After I retired, I tried many craft projects but was totally deficient. Thankfully there is someone else out there who likes to move items around in a virtual world to create beauty. I saw that there was a few Facebook groups but am kinda afraid to get involved in them. Is there one group you recommend?

I like the official June's Journey Decorating group as well as the group titled June's Journey Decorating Ideas. Those are both good for decorating inspiration. June's Journey Spoilers Allowed and June's Journey Champions are both good for giving info on challenges, etc.

I'm really enjoying watch your videos. I didn't know what I was doing when I started JJ and things started looking very crowded. Yet, I'm pretty OK with it when I snoop around other peoples work. When I got my second island, I tried to plan out theme areas separated by trees and felt pretty proud until I started to watch your videos. You have a beautiful gift. I hope more people find their way to your channel.

You don't have to purchase anything you don't like. However there are several decorations that will work elsewhere on the islands. In fact, I've got the flower girl playing with the bunnies and group of people in other parts as well as the swing and flowers.

Sunflower is only 2nd island provided, there are currently 8 islands. The last island is magnolia.

There are currently 7 islands with the 8th on the way. I'm just posting videos of my own progress in the game as I open islands up. I think it is obvious from even the thumbnail from this video that there are a lot of islands. I also state that pretty clearly in the video as well as the order. That's why my title in the thumbnail says, "Opening Sunflower" because that's where I am in my current stage of play. There are a lot of people who are still at Orchid and curious to see what the next island looks like.

No problem. It actually is cleared now. I have Sunflower Island that I'm using as storage, but hoping to clear it enough to add my June set to when it comes out. You can see my island continue to morph through these videos.

And your main island will not always look like you have it now, so don’t have your design set in stone. You’ll need to put a lot of the things you have on there now in storage, or sell them. Ok, update coming soon! This is an ok game as long as you don't do it for the purpose of decorating. It's a simple way to earn rewards. Also, it's a MUST to use the ad icon in the prop shop for 50% discount on props. It makes a huge difference.

I finally cleared out some space so I could redo some of this area. Farmers Market area is not so messy and crowded, the school no longer has that huge wall, and I found a spot for the cute guy on the motorcycle from completing Sweep the Board.
