Hi, I’m trying to remember the skin care you used in an earlier video. It was The Ordinary. What was it called again? I’d like to try it myself. Thanks.

Yes Jen, I watched that Appalachian KZfaq earlier this year having read 'Hillbilly Nation' and it was both depressing and thought provoking....a side of America we seldom see.

We definitely need more chaos-baking with Jen! 🍌Bread looks amazing. Also-it's an American thing from the 1930s as a way to 1) not waste bananas and 2) as a promotion for new instant baking powders/sodas that just went on the market, inventing the entire category of quick-breads. (Sorry, I don't know why I know this)
@Emeraldstyle3Күн бұрын
Good luck with the presentation Jen. I would imagine that in your profession how you present is as important as what you present so just remind yourself of all you have achieved to date and go for it!

I'm definitely with Fraser on the t-shirt. My brain went into error-mode as you read it out. It doesn't make sense unless there is some joke/word play that I don't get 😂 Enjoy watching your vlogs - Jess brought me here!

You should put butter on top of the banana bread slice. It is delicious!

During the Second World War, the Government cut all unnecessary imports into Britain. The import of bananas stopped in 1941. It began again after the war on 30th December 1945, when the first cargo arrived at Avonmouth aboard the Tilapa.

Would highly recommend "Say Nothing" by Patrick Radden Keefe - the writing is gripping and the book is very comprehensive but still an accessible read. It's nonfiction but reads like a novel at times.
