Ah the bloody French Revolution. Yet we is less well known is that when the sans cuilottes stormed and took the Bastille to free the many political prisoners incarcerated in there they found it virtually empty. They were right in blaming the shocking and cruel monarchy for its terrible policies that had left millions starving and destitute as the aristocracy lived it up in luxury, but the Bastille was no den of iniquity as they believed. Yet Bastille Day is celebrated every July in France with a National holiday and celebrations throughout the land. Ironic.

The shots of him walking thru the bunker while everyone is talking and minding their own business, makes it feel like he's the main character. One of the best scenes in history, despite being such a short and forgettable scene. Awesome movie.
