I am also having this issue, its making the game unplayable, it happens when i load into new areas and makes it so I cant move or explore, every time its happened i just put the game down, so so SO dissapointing

That DD hits like a wet noodle.... For vMoL skin you can even do that with a group who's got an average 40k DPS... but still this dungeon bosses should be melting the bosses really fast though... this DD hasn't got a 40k DPS if you ask me.... However nowadays people who has like a small kind of knowledge about DD-ing content and keep an eye on your cooldowns of skills you can easily do a 70k - 80k at least doing stuff which will result in melting these bosses.....

Really as a DD myself this is painful to watch.....

Spindleclutch 1 on hm can be easily done with 1 DD and 1 tank.... i'd do this all the time with a friend.....

I am frequently finding myself unable to move forward or use skills in cyrodiil. usually not even in combat. I end up having to leave, sometimes when the queue is 60+. Killing enjoyment of hte game at this point.
