Honestly in the Eng Dub Memetchi should've been voiced by Christina Valenzuela because that's her Yume Kira Dream English Dub voice actor and it sounds less high pitched than her Let's Go! Tamagotchi voice.

For the English dub it's mid but I think Cristina Vee would've been a better voice choice for Memetchi.

Right, this is the English P2 from 1997. The flashing skull animation appears on all the other versions of the P1 and P2 except for this one specifically.
