For _some reason_ this video gives me vibes about ~ 2005, but not 2015. «8 years ago» seems so distant and «old-school», even if it was actually not so far.

Anyone know what happened to this dude? Only two videos on this channel and his website is non-functional. His last post on facebook was 3 years ago.

All those cable reminds me of a musical instrument. I wonder if with other types of strings you can make a musical instrument out of this principle. The wobbliness may result in some interesting vibrato and pitch shift effects.

I love it! However, every good artist/engineer needs a challenge.... let's see you make another one using only one continuous wire with unseen ends! 🤔 Cheers!

Absolutely love this! I run a machine with an aggregate and it seems like maybe that's the perfect option for cutting those holes accurately and efficiently? If your machine can use vac pods, you can gasket a bleeder board and pop them on and off between ops. Look forward to your next video!

That design does give me some 'tension'

I hate to be one to comment on your age... but it's an utmost complement. Your engineering is level 99and the aesthetics is level 99. I have no doubt that you will be the foremost bridge planner of the next 50 years

Great work. I'd drill those cable holes wider at the top and set the crimp in the wood. Then plug holes. More time consuming but raising the quality.
@thisisfinedoyen97273 жыл бұрын
this is genius but from a rubber band and watermelon standpoint, i fear for your life should tension exceed tensil strength of the wood or the cable
