Usually my turns suck when I do streamline right before. And no, I don’t rush it.

Try exhaling really sharply through your nose as you flip over. It can take a while to get good enough breath control to do this and then have enough air to come up, but if you practice it will get easier :)

Purse your upper lip up towards your nose to create more pressure in your nose as your exhale through your nose.

Yep! My son has an ankle flexibility of a ballerina. He routinely does 100 yard kick sets in 1:30 or faster. I have a stiff ankle and I may achieve 50 yards in 60 sec going all out. Flexibility IS very important in flutter kick. Keep preaching!
