The $150k+ Craven Week funding comes from parents or guardians so they will find what they believe is beneficial to their kids. You pose a pertinent question though about the significance of these tournaments - is it more money we require or improved administration?

Being a less economically developed country, we are disadvantaged in that many of our own programs are crippled by a lack of funding in the long-run. The alternative tournaments or programs must be attractive to the players, rugby public and the parents of these players. The game of rugby has grown, so players will look for the best environment that suit their ambitions; we need to realise that we are in competition with other rugby playing nations for players. Those who offer structure, resources and clear developmental pathways will win any day!

I think the elephant in the room that we are not dressing is to speak about how our national team he's failing to qualify for the world but I want to offer a solution to a person like Liam middleton. I believe there is a gap between high school and our senior team. One solution for this is to come up with a varsity cup in 15s played anually we'll get a better pool of players and we will on our way to beating Namibia.

The girl is gifted in motorcross. She took, is passionate. I glad the dad is very supportive. The federation of motorsport in Zimbabwe take charge for her and to participate in competitive regional and Continental championship. Zimbabwe can not afford to lose such a talent. We need to nurture those we have passed batons to , after our retirement. Bless Zimbabwe, Bless Africa.
