It’s a 3 way green alliance 700 points | 35 models Azog's Legion, Azog's Hunters, Dark Powers of Dol Guldur Azog: The White Warg, Heavy Armour (225) 5x Gundabad Orc Warrior: Shield, Spear (50) 1x Gundabad Orc Warrior: Shield, Spear, Banner (35) 5x Gundabad Orc Warrior: Shield (45) Yazneg: Fell Warg, Lance (60) 6x Hunter Orc (48) 5x Hunter Orc: Orc Bow (45) 1x Hunter Orc: Orc Bow, War Horn (39) The Keeper of the Dungeons: (75) 4x Fell Warg (32) 2x Hunter Orc (16) 3x Gundabad Orc Warrior: Shield, Spear (30) 12 might, 6 honesty bows with 4+ shoot, the mini bolg keeper. 4 wargs for objectives and “decent” courage with the warhorn

It is I Sonny. It was my mordor list. This was a bit of a surprise as it was an GBHL 80 to get commented on. So was cool to get some outside opinion on the list. I played Elliot and his Helms gaurd game one. Credit to Any Heroics team was a great guy/player to start the day against. Me and Tom Rice the winner actually both wound up on 4 wins a peice. But Tom pipped me by one VP!

Wish i could go. Would take the dragon with mithril coat so hes d10 and his survival instinct doesnt kick in as easily and then druzhag with the a staff of power and as many griblies as i can stuff in

At the end, 1:29:00, you said you cannot get both S6 and Plus 1, is there an errata for that? I only seem to see that you can use the stats of the mount or rider, but the +1 comes from war gear.

Thanks guys, I think Mr Cload is my lucky charm - 2 tournaments that we've both attended and 2 best painted! Regarding the list, a lot of fun and a great hero at this points level but requires Helm to do probably too much and a better player than me to polit it! I went for all Royal Guard to fit the theme of Helm's guard and the F5 across the board was lovely!

i enjoy 1000 point battles with my khazad. lets you take all the bells and whistles. for this event elven ring and arkenstone feels like a sweet combo, particularly on durin. sad i cant make it.

I love fell beings of mirkwood up to 700 points, I won scrums in the deep GBHL 80 with them about a month ago that the results were late getting posted so you guys never covered it but once you can add sharman's and task masters to the list it covers it's weaknesses and just allows queen and bats to do their jobs. But finally my dream has come true, have my name said on a any heroics video

got a 700 thats pretty close to that gondor/fiefdoms list. boromir with banner horse shield. 11 fountain court shields, 4 citadel guard with horse+longbows. imrahil horse+lance with 15 men-at-arms. 32 models, 4 bows, 9 might. whole tirith chunk is bodyguard, D7 backed by F6 fiefdoms pikes. heroes hold flanks and provide auras, the mounted guard go hold objectives and plink arrows. low numbers but it does really well into elves or dragon emp. hits a black num line hard as well.

John, could you explain the reason why you don't think bringing Gwaihir in this list at this point level was a good idea? You mentioned you both had a discussion about it, curious to know your reasons why.

Great discussion as ever! I've just started listening to your channel and it's been great so far. My question for you: I've got a 550-point 7 round tournament coming up myself down here in Australia, with random scenarios and 1.5 hours per game. I'm tossing up between two lists, and would love your input. First list is Pits of Dol Guldur with Azog, Hunter Orc Captain, Thrain (for the cheeky deployment drop) and 33 models. Second list is Azog's Hunters with the three named Captains and a small Goblin Mercenary warband, for 41 models. The second list has model-count, shooting (17 bows), can spread out more easily and has Goblin Merc shenanigans, whereas the first list has Azog(!), some spear supports, and Surprise Attack. I'm leaning towards Pits, but would love your input. I'd also be curious as to whether you'd prefer Thrain or upgrading the Hunter Orc Captain to a Gundabad Captain with shield. I like the deployment drop, but I do acknowledge that he makes Assassination and Fog harder in some ways. Keen to hear the discussion!

In Heirloomssssss ALL of them are Heirlooms. They're each numbered 1-6 and you have to roll the number to dig it up but you get a +1/-1 to your attempt after the first attempt. You don't roll to check for being Transfixed at the start. 3 VPs for having more 5 VPs for double 7 VPs for triple 3/1 for Leader 2/1 for Breakfast They knew the scenarios but not the order except for Fog being game 4 was a guarantee. The lists were randomly chosen as well.
