Jim Everett - If you call me Chris to my face one more! Jim Rome - I already did twice 😂😂😂😂 You knew sh*t was about to go down after that

What's ironic is that I stopped watching sports maybe fifteen years ago. The sad thing is that I love sports, I love to play them, I love to watch. Michael Jordan got me to fall in love with basketball. The first time I knew without a doubt that sports were rigged was 2002 Kings Lakers. I looked back at the 2003 Marlins and they were getting pitches a foot off the plate called for a strike. No chance they were beating the Cubs or Yankees in an honest game. If the leagues had any integrity I would be way more likely to still be watching. It also doesn't help that they have to spew their political propaganda every game. "Gotta support the troops" I wish the current fans would vote with their wallet as it would change overnight if they did.

Reminds me of the south park episode where a news reporter calls a biker a fag and the biker says I bet you won't say it again, and the reporter says it again and gets attacked lmao. It's literally this exact same thing 😂

The interviewer was rude from the very start with the subject of the interview being polite and acting in good faith until the interviewer had to start provoking his guest. That wasn't a beating, he just looked like he lost his temper and pushed him around a little bit. In the USA is provocation a defence to an assault charge? Just asking because in New Zealand they recently got rid of provocation as a defence to any assault charges, with assault being defined as any unwarranted touching - including somebody patting you on your shoulder to console somebody. It's a bit weird over here.

He was and is the consummate team mate. He mentioned NO ONE by name. That's on you. Don't put words in people's mouths.

That's why I love Brady. He's said in the past he doesn't care if he has to hand it off 60 times or throw it 60 times. As long as they win, that's all that matters

There was no beating, he flipped a table over, Jim Rome fell down, and Chrissy Everett stood over him... Anyone calling this a fight has never seen real violence...

Jim Everett cannot be violent. Any contact would land Jim Everett in trouble zone. This is example of butthurt.

The NFL feared this show. It needed to be on premium channel so the NFL couldn't do anything about it.

He gave you fair warning and he wasn't even a prick about it. I bet if Rome had looked him in the eyes and just said "Ok I'll stop" they would have had a healthy defusing chuckle about it at some point and moved on. What a moron.

The amount of NFL players that need to hear this today is probably 30-40%. Instead they go and take subliminal shots on twitter and instagram. TB12 🐐

Reggie White, Bruce Smith, Ronnie Lott, Richard Dent, Lawrence Taylor etc. with 80’s rules engagement Brady would have been injured sadly.He could not have survived those defenses.
@VonAllenSports

LOL, why not? You do realize that Brady is as large as a lot of defensive players from back then, LOL. That makes no sense. The rules weren't different enough to make that much of a difference. Plenty of QBs did just fine in the 80s.

Rome was a punk then and remains one today. Everett was a class act always. I'm sure he regrets (to a point) shoving Rome down, but I for one thought no less of him for it.

John Elway makes them both look like school boys. He is the greatest to ever play the game. Montana is in his class. So is Staubach. Brady is not.
