much respect because 1. she's a true diehard fan of the Universe 2. she's a FEMALE artist drawing one of the biggest iconic universes out there and 3. she actually does sword martial arts .

This is great. I've found that on occasion too where I'll shoot reference and something gets lost either in composition or movement and so I'll go from the sketch instead. One of my favorite lessons from art school (a million years ago) was an illustration teacher saying "It's more important that it looks right than it is right." Great work.

Fantastic multi-character narrative.

Why would Brent Weeks go up against him? Best of luck to Brent Weeks in his career but I couldn't finish his books. Absolutely no understanding of character development whatsoever. Joe's characters are very believable, each with their own personality and quirks that are a natural offshoot of such personalties. Brent's appear to be schizophrenic. He paints them one way and then decides they are something completely different. One dimensional schizo's all the way. And what the hell is up with Durzo Blint? A top of his game assassin that every dog and its mother seems to know who he is, what he does and what he looks like!?!?!?

I can never get enough of this guy's work. Good work, Greg, and also SciFiBookClub. When I send pictures for my friends, I have started listing some of the 'musical influences' for each piece, so I thought that part was good, too. Very cool.

I just finished reading this book, and i have got to say, really good, like i have read a lot of books, and this has got to be the most unique book i have ever read, i am a little speechless of how epic the story line has ended, and hearing that they have all ready started making scripts, is very exciting
