They are never vague symptoms, just symptoms that mimic other things, like menopause for women. NETs is NOT the first diagnosis that springs to mind for GPs/specialists hence why it takes years for diagnosis. A very sad fact!

Diagnosed with net in October 2017,given 5 months to live,however due to having a wonderful "in the know "medical team on the Gold Coast got accepted onto the trail in Brisbane in January 2018. Had my last PRRT last week with the team at the Royal. I know how lucky i am compared to others with net. Bless you all.
