PTU normal for the a320 its just pumping hydrolics and if you didn't here that noise on that type of plane I'd be concerned

Yeah that’s normal the A320 has a startup of the APU basically a 3rd engine that’s an auxiliary power unit that’s just the APU starting up uncommonly known as the Airbus Barking Lol but it’s not spirits fault nor is it a problem

@@TerminalBAviation thanks for explaining, and also the APU (auxiliary power unit) is just pretty much a generator located in the back of the aircraft mainly it’s going to be in/near the tail

@@jonahchandler Oh I know what an APU is. I am not the most familiar with airbus systems, but I don’t think the APU starting can cause the PTU to activate unless you manually turn the backup electric hydraulic pump on while the engines are shutdown.

Yes, every plane makes these sounds. Pretty sure it's the "APU" on the plane. Every passenger plane makes these sounds, so it's normal for every airliner.
