You have to pay for basic features. There's no reason to use the free version of this plugin, it's just as useless as the woocommerce native coupons. There's also no reason to pay because features like this are basic and shouldn't cost anything.

Hi, Our plugin has Google Consent Mode v2 compatibility. You can add the scripts of GTM to your website's header.php file and enable GCM (www.webtoffee.com/implementing-google-consent-mode-v2/) in the General tab of the plugin. For tags that listen to inbuilt consent signals additional setup is not needed in GTM. All Google products can listen to consent signals sent out from the plugin by default.

Hi, As per our understanding, Google Sheets doesn't offer a built-in function to directly synchronize with WordPress. Importing WooCommerce products into your store can be done with ease using our Product Import Export plugin. Different methods for importing include importing locally using a CSV/XML/TSV/XLS/XLSX file from the system, via FTP, using existing files and via URL. @@WebToffee well actually i uninstalled it after using 3 years. it was i had apply so many times no restrictions but after saving it was come back to and check Only from below category, because i had not put any category there for in UX it was not apply code and saying this Item is not applicable for this coupon . i would love to if you fix it and i can install it again

Oh woooooooow it finally worked!!!!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉 The problem was overiding the theme template. When it was ticked and enabled, the products didn't show. But when I unticked that box, it worked. Your plugin integrated excellently well with my theme. Great job to by theme developers as well 😅😅😅😅😅

Hi, In the premium version, we offer a separate document type "credit note" for issuing refunds, which is not available in the free version. Refunded amounts are displayed within the invoice document in the free version, but not in the premium version. Please use the credit note document for issuing refunds.

When specifying payment methods this way, we do not use your dashboard settings to determine which payment methods are on. Please upgrade your integration by removing the payment_method_types parameter and including automatic_payment_methods: { enabled: true } on the PaymentIntent to begin using payment methods from your dashboard.

In our free version, Stripe checkout only supports card payments, while the pro plugin offers support for additional payment methods. For one-time payments, we do not specify payment_method_types, so all eligible payment methods will be displayed. However, our plugin specifies the payment method for subscription orders, as our plugin only supports card payments for subscriptions.

I started a new site and did a local restore. apparently everything works but as soon as the process is completed it says it needs to do an update and from there it no longer lets me access the wordpress administration panel... as if the administrator user was deleted... how to solve it?

Could you please clarify the difference between the two plugins "CookieYes | GDPR Cookie Consent" and "GDPR Cookie Consent" which shows the CookieYes logo in the backend of WP? I've just read they are both made by WebToffee, even though in WP it says "by CookieYes" vs. "by WebToffee". I think it's really confusing.

The distinction is that Webtoffee's GDPR Cookie Consent plugin is a specialised plugin solely for WordPress users, whereas CookieYes is a SaaS solution that is platform neutral. However, the plugin's cookie scanning function makes use of a CookieYes service. Therefore, we store the cookie scanner's credentials in CookieYes. Our legacy free version plugin is now maintained and developed by CookieYes team. Hence, you can see in Wordpress directory the plugin owner as CookieYes. Hello, This plugin worked well. But I realized that I should have disabled the guest option in the import to include guests. I ran a second import and it continually stalls at 93%. I exported the CSV file a second time (with a different filename) and the import is still stalling at 93% and the bar is green. There isn't a progress bar or error or anything to tell me what's happening. Has anyone else had this issue and how did you get around it? Or is it in fact, still in progress?

Hi, The free plugin version supports only simple, external/affiliate and grouped products. If you have any other product type, this will not be exported by our plugin. Hi, If you want to update stocks of all the products from the CSV, you may simply add the (+) function to the evaluation field as shown (+){stock}. Hello! I keep getting a 503 Request Error when I try to bulk print or download any invoices from my orders tab. I can click on 5-6 orders individually and the click print invoice and they will populate to print, but when I click the checkbox to select all of my open orders and try to bulk print/download I keep getting that error message? Is there a way to fix this?

You can simply copy the HTML code of the saved template (Customize > Code) from one site and paste it into the other to handle the situation. This will allow you to transfer the template design without the need for manual recreation.

@WebToffee Hi, thanks a lot for your awesome plugin! I just added it to our WooCommerce, but didn't add a prefix for the order number. Now, all the invoice numbers are the same as the order numbers. I added a prefix after, but can't re-generate the invoices. Have you got an advice for me?

Hi, You can delete the existing invoice numbers and start an entirely new series as per your requirement using the plugin. However, it’s important to note that deleting/altering invoice numbers can create confusion and may not be recommended unless absolutely necessary.
