not an idiot. it's easy to forget something here and there even something as important as planning for gas because it isn't an everyday worry. This is a great video to help others considering this truck. No car is perfect but this is a major flaw.

Anyway thanks for sharing

I hunt and camp (in a tent) and carry a bunch of crap in my 2016 4runner (lifted with roof rack and big tires). I get 283 miles per tank. Never had an issue running out of gas. They’ll have an extended gas tank for it in the aftermarket. If not, carry some Jerry cans like most overlanders do.

Wondering how many mpg you get on highway? Compared with GX, 18 mpg does not sound like a decent improvement to trade off for better acceleration, extra space and v6 smoothness.
@octoslutКүн бұрын
actually the land cruiser probably accelerates and is smother than the v6 on the gx, reason is the electric motor which offers considerable amount of torque at 0-1000 rpm range.

You can't compare full size SUV with GLS, huge difference in size and performance. Dealership says no issue with battery, did anyone else had similar issue?

Interesting point since I am someone who backed out of a Rivian because of the range anxiety it caused due to a low range of under 300miles…. Our Land Cruiser gets the similar range! It’s definitely disappointing but I don’t have the anxiety I had when I was about to sign the papers for the Rivian. 🤷🏻♂️ Still a great ride off road though!
