Thanks for the dvr tip, I see one of these at goodwill & a whole NAS system i shoulda grabbed it even if it was empty 😂. Yeah nobody ever buys them. Smart never thought about dvr’s having hard drives i just assumed it was some soldered on proprietary bullshit

Now that you have been using it for awhile, how is the black smearing most (if not all) VA panels get? Is it noticeable? And how about the response time? Does it feel laggy? Just ordered one to use as secondary monitor as it was on a big discount (for 200 USD, or 189 euros here in EU, includes taxes). Oh and big hello from Finland!

I love this monitor, I don't notice any issues in terms of black smearing or laggyness. Gaming is pretty damn good. I might end up buying the same monitor for my 2nd screen.

hello. so do you depopulate all your boards verses sell them whole. I want to test the price of all the components I take off verses leaving on and selling the board whole. I get like $6 - $7 for good boards. just want to know if it is worth taking everything off. I will still get $.60 for LG boards. Thank you.

I'm going to have to do the exact same thing. I have a 2011 outlander 800 and I just pulled the stock fuel pump out, part numbers changed because the new ones superseded the old one I even contacted the dealer same 0766 part number that I bought and it has the angle issue too I have just enough of a lip that I can't put it in and I'm afraid I'm going to break something

This was very interesting. You should totally make a video about cleaning up the mess around the computer, maybe putting all the parts in a nice computer case, and try to run more games on it to test its limits

Your 1080Ti will run 4k, easy. Honestly though, you don't need a 4k monitor anyway as a 2k monitor is the sweet spot and doesn't push the GPU as hard, if that's your concern.

I too have had mouse/rat problems. spent 5 hours rebuilding the wiring harness. I started turning my seat over, leaving it exposed-the rats/mice don't like it, because they are too exposed. WORKS FOR ME!

Well, of course it has better picture, its not 1080p, but 1440p. At that size, it still has greater pixel density than 24' 1080p display.
