I was towards the center-right barricade, and I literally thought I was gonna die in this crowd lmao. Never had so many people pressed up against me at once, not to mention all the crowdsurfers. Not only was it extremely hot, but there were times where I couldn't breathe from all the people being pushed into me. I ultimately enjoyed the performance, but the heat, the tightly packed crowd, and the waves of crowdsurfers were NOT a good combo lmao. I'm blaming Blue Ridge for overselling their festival, although I enjoyed the one day I got to attend lmao. Still waiting on that refund.

For me their energy reminds me of the old days of slipknot, they bring such a pace and energy that it’s intoxicating in a way. Notta lot of ppl like Bryan’s vocals but I didn’t like them for the longest damn time because of that then I got into a different shade of blue and then I listened to their old stuff and the ep and I have to say they have grown on me. One of my fave bands now

Was in this pit the whole time with the exception of rot in pieces and hotel underground. It was my first concert(let alone my first pit) and I was anxious kinda and standing toward the back. During hotel underground I got within 2 peoples worth of seeing the pit up close and then acid romance happened and I couldn’t even control myself. I just threw myself in there and it was violent and it was beautiful and I cannot wait to be at my next live show. I hate to write an essay but Alpha Wolf was the first band I ever really got to see live. Im 24 and it seems like everyone’s been to a concert. But I’ve always avoided them cause I was afraid of crowds and yadayadda. But the energy man. Just feeling it in the crowd. And maybe I’m biased cause I was in the crowd; but listening live will never be a stand-in for recorded. Every time I hear these songs I just re-imagine being there. I’ve never felt these things before. And alpha wolf wasn’t even the biggest one I was there to see. I got to see SlipKnot which is my all time favorite band. My literal birthday is the day the Self Titled came out. Coincidence? Probably but I still saw them. Every one is complaining about Blue Ride. And that’s because it was awful. BUT when it was good; it was great. But when it was bad; it was fuckin atrocious. Idek im drunk and was wondering if anyone had posted this set

I was in this pit at blue ridge as well 🤘🏽 got to see them motionless in white knocked loose and after the burial as on of the 7-8 bands I saw all weekend…problem is I already have tickets to see those 4 bands in a couple weeks in Chicago. I got squished too when they started playing. There was a wall of people to my right pushing away from the pit and I got lifted off my feet at one point from the push. I knew the crowd was gonna be wild, but I was NOT ready 🤣🤣🤣

Thursday was just AWFUL when the storm happened and I didn’t even know about people getting turned away on Friday due to “weather” again because me and everyone else who were fortunate to get in didn’t know due to the shitty reception there and we weren’t told by staff inside to leave or anything due to the weather being decent. Here I was having a good ol time and unbeknownst to me that people weren’t able to get in for their bullshit reasons! Im mad for them!

I crowd surfed during the beginning of Deep in the Willows but I was probably further left from the range of your camera because I didn’t see myself. Nevermind, I see myself on numerous occasions on the big screen 🤣🤣🤣 Anyways, sick set and sick show! Loved every minute of it!
