Sorry to ruin your parade, but South Dakota enjoys privileges in this industry that some states do not get to enjoy. First, zero income taxes, then zero worker’s compensation requirements or fees, then zero licensing laws for construction businesses, and to top that off, no liability or surety bonding. All this has adverse impacts not only to competition but fair market competition nationally. It seems pretty odd that out of every state without these laws, all tend to be white majority and politically motivated. Sad to see states going their own route without caring about adverse impacts.

I am amazed after watching this, knowing I didn’t get a skull fracture or even die when I was 14 in my major bicycle crash. Was going atleast 30mph down a hill and flew off into rocks and trees, breaking both bones in my arm with no helmet on.
