I built the shock is that way I put for the piston in the tube shock and the I cover the treads with a thin plastics and slide the Orings and the spacer in that way don’t get micro cuts and a notice the last longer with not leaking! That is one of the most important thing !!

...2 years later I bought one, and it lasted me about 7 or 8 passes. After the 4 minutes of use, it stopped working and didn't respond to my trigger anymore, but did have "a mind of its own" and floored itself on the stand, scared the hell out of me (and my back tire burned a hole in my skin). Reedy couldn't fix it. Bought another one (why did I do that? I don't know!) and it took a dump entirely after being used a grand total of 3 times. ...and ofc it was out of warranty by date when it happened. I guess what I'm trying to say is, don't waste your money on one of these like I did! It literally made me not want to race anymore after that "hit". ps - Reedy has them on their website for 90 bucks now... 😡 VERY disappointed with Reedy on this one

Does anyone know of a forum or have better instructions to that panhard spacer adjustment? And is it normal for the steering link to make contact to the diff on full compression?
@bajablast989
@bajablast989 11 ай бұрын
At the upper connection point, you'll see 3 holes there, factory is mounted to middle. Mount it to the top to lower the frame. It shouldn't slam on the diff, but mine makes a little contact.

Hey John, I have two bullet chassis fully built drag cars. One is a fantom 3.5 turn and the other is a r1 works 13.5 car. I can send all the details. Neither of these cars have ever been used. I don’t have time to practice and want to sell these to build a competitive crawler. Would u or anyone you know have any interest in purchasing? I can send the details. All someone needs is a radio

Mind blown. So pretty much just install them the way there suppose to be... Axial's R.D. dept. already done figured out how to get the best out of their shocks. plus outside manufactured parts like shock relocation kits are built to work along side with Axial's designs. So unless your crafting your own parts from scratch you really have nothing to worry about. Honestly I would like to see a video on how you could have set up your rig to have had said problems. It would have been more interesting lol

I've noticed that you don't mount your Shocks at the bottom end in the original position, you mount them on the outside of the A arm. Any reason for this ?

That only works with your expensive servo. The lower end servos have a plastic ridge so you can't put the wire holder under the servo
