I start here, I am a class A CDL with tanker , hazmat, registered through Clearing House as required, I have a perfect record, hauled hazmat for one of the United States oldest and largest Tanker bulk carriers.. JJ Keller is an ignorant fraud that is looking for ignorant companies to pay them for their useless service.. Companies stop paying these Scam companies they are a joke .. I have everything and then some by law and got it on my own .. So on my paperwork my company gave me , on employer history is going to get filled out none of your business…

You must perform a load check at every change of duty status. Yard move eliminates this rule because you don't switch to Drive, which makes life easier because your only moving around the yard. This doesn't' mean that you shouldn't still check your load, it just means it is not mandatory

The steps that one has to go through seems to be a money grab from our government...and makes it very difficult for one who is interested in this field,,,,,t's just another way our government is destroying the middle class

I'm sorry, I feel you are sharing some misinformation, from my understanding Ag exemption is only from the 1st original source pick up location, which incudes going to pick up the load and or after picking up the load towards the destination you have the 150 air mile. There is no 150 air mile exemption when staying within the 150 mile from the destination delivery point. if i am wrong please share the fmcsa rule showing that.
