Overclocking a video card excessively will also result in the same error code. Replace the video card with a cheap video card and reboot the system. Problem should go away immediately.

@@user-oi4em1vk3k make a bootable Pendrive according to your BIOS Or UEFI. Those OS installed in your pc that's OS bootable Pendrive create and than boot your pc.
