Go to the second waterfall at nightime, the rocks light up with glow worms we went down about 9:30 with a 2, 5 and 7 yo. Just make sure you were inclosed shoes, long pants and have a very good head torch 😁 ps. Dont go if your afraid of spiders theres thousands running around and dont flash your torch at the glow worms

CAN I USE IT IN NANLITE PAVOTUBE 30C HOW

I’m using DR on iPad and my R5c shooting raw. The first steps when I input video into timeline it automatically changes the color save and gamma but under DECODE quality I don’t see full res canon. Just use project settings, full res half res quarter res. Under that menus too color space, gamma and iso are greyed out. And under gamma it does say log 3 NOT 2.

I know this defeats the purpose of the vid but the editing is really good

Hey Andrew, I really enjoy your videos :) I would love to know your opinion. Lighting gear gets smaller and cheaper. I am a solo filmmaker most of the time, but I occasionally do slightly bigger commercials or projects with a gaffer. Do you feel the difference between using something like this or the Molus 500B (that comes with power built-in the light) to a nanite 300B\500B? The Nanlite build quality feels good, and I'm drawn to it as a bigger brand. However, you get a bigger package (physically) and for a much bigger price, so I am wondering if it is worth it. If you have time I would love to know your take on it. Thank you!

Honestly as a videographer, Any kind of stabilization from every other brands is not an issue, they do have good algorithms in stabilization. The only down side of every stabilizer/gimbal is there TRIPOD motherfather. its always loose, it's so annoying whenever your shooting, its claps and claps, and when you put the gimbal down u have 80% chance of tipping ur gimbal and breaks ur camera.

So 50mm FF on the C70 is more like 75mm (or something like that,) correct? And would you still recommend this lens today? 35 mm too wide> Thanks for the video. Subscribed.

This was extremely helpful - please don't ever delete this video. I just got two Nanlite Pavotube II 30XR recently and had no clue on how to use the app. As an added note for anybody who has the same pavotubes as me, I was able to connect the tubes via bluetooth without having to update the firmware or reset -- I just had to turn them on and connect them in the app and I was good to go.

I have read that with DGO off the rolling shutter goes from 16 to about 8 ms, thus becoming much better and canceling the jelly effect on fast camera movements . I do not own the camera, so I have a question: can DGO be turned on and off at will?

I initially thought this could be interesting as an interview key light, but the loud fan is a deal-breaker. Also I’d probably rather have the controls on a single light than the faff of mounting a controller. No case isn’t good and no battery isn’t either - surely some company will come up with a quiet fan that doesn’t cost the earth..?
