Well, my new P2 is a paperweight. Gigging again this coming week. Powered it on, linked it to my iphone, clicked to enter my device and as far as I can get is "Please upgrade firmware to the latest version via MOORE STUDIO computer software. Found all kinds of Moore sites. Nothing that helps me. Ridiculous

Has anyone been able to update their firmware? I cannot. now I can't access p2. I sent email to moore without any reply from them. Highly irritating

I tried the device very cool sounds, but the Bluetooth audio playback volume is too low compared to the instrument even when its on max level, is that a common issue ? Will it be fixed with a firmware update?

looks great and also it has MIDI .the bank up bank down is better on this. i would really like to see anothe Foot switch option for Mooer P2 and SD30i they are really easy to program especially if your used to Line 6 or Boss

How to set Looper autosync by default? I dont want to use app when outdoors. Only p2 and footswitch.

Only complaint that I have with my Prime P2 is the streaky lines that appear on the LCD screen when the unit is powered on. I’ve never dropped the unit or connected it to an external power supply other than to charge it.

The output sound in this thing may die on you after a couple of years. Mine just did and now I am discovering how many others have had the same issue, with no solutions in sight or any replies from Mooer 'support' team. Be warned.

Hey Mooer, is there a way to customize the drum loops available on the device? I tried searching for it online but couldn't find anything. I would like to use your device as portable practice tool, but the drum built-in drum patterns I saw online are honestly not super impressive. Please consider some customization options on a software update, or next iteration of the device. Maybe a good way forward without complicating the device would be simply to allow uploading MP3 backing tracks, like e.g. in the Boss eBand devices

The crappiest product I ever bought for playing guitar ever! Cheap plastic china crap. I got my third one today, after getting the first and the second one which stopped working after a few days (display said goodbye, the first after one week, the second after two days). The third one now cannot connect via USB for firmware update (too much power consumption). I send it back tomorrow and then waiting for the fourth one. Let's see how many devices the shop will send me until I will finally get a working one. I will never buy anything again from this toy company....

I've tried to update the firmware of my prime p2 and it's frozen on a loading screen and keeps at 0%. Mooer, is there anybody thag could help me?

How to factory reset without connecting it to the PC, some button combination

My first mooer product, and actually i like it - if just the hardware quality wouldn't be that horrible.... I just sent my second P2 back to the seller and waiting for my third one. The first one I used two days, then the display stopped working. The second one I used about one week, until the display said goodbye.... Unfortunately I don't think this product is build to last. I already read about the bad hardware quality of the Prime P1, and I thought they might have improved it for the P2. This will be my first and last mooer product.

Can anyone please explain how to actually do this update? My Mooer Studio program is only showing V1.5.7 as the latest..... (some time later) Ok...sussed in now. Its the Mooer Studio Software that contains the update. Mooer....why didnt you tell me this? I would imagine everytime there is a firmware update, there is also a Studio update....so I need the laptop to perform the update. Well, I was on holiday (with my guitar) when this update occurred. I was locked out of my Prime P2 until I got back home as I didnt have a laptop with me. The Mooer app on my phone automatically updated and locked me out with a message 'please update firmware with Mooer Studio.' This whole software thing is crazy. What if I was on my way to a gig and this thing updated? I wonder now if there are different version of Studio depending on what device you have? Will soon find out as I ordered Groove Looper x2.
