Had an encounter 2 years ago near King's Nympton in Devon whilst walking my chocolate lab, I consider it both a blessing and a curse. I am glad because it ended any doubts I had but it is so upsetting having no proof and being told it must of been a big house cat or a dog. Only my family know me well enough to believe me. It was lying alongside and slightly under a hedgerow not far from a deer feeder. I do not know how many but they aren100% out there.
