My 4 month old has curls and I have straight hair. Looking for tips everywhere 😂

My 18 month old has very similar hair to your daughter’s, but the hair on the top of her head isn’t growing as much as the rest and it is straight. Any tips?
@not_nina67822 күн бұрын
do you do this straight out of the shower or do you wait for it to dry a little bit?
@itscheri983518 күн бұрын
Most people usually do it after putting products like mousse and gel in their hair, let it sit for about 10 to 15 minutes and then air dry or diffuse

Finally!!! I have a daughter who has fine curly hair! When I wash it and just Let it dry naturally is has amazing ringlets all around the perimeter and back of her head but the top of her hair is straight oddly enough! I will have to search your channel for washing routine.

So cute! My daughter has 3b curls and I'm currently trying to find products that would be good for her hair. She has fine hair and is 2 years old. What products do you recommend to use to maintain her curls?

We wash once or twice a week depending on how active she is with a curly shampoo and conditioner. Then usually pineapple her hair in a silk scrunchie over night. The morning I rewet it with a spray bottle and add a leave in conditioner before a comb out and curl mouse. Then style how ever she lets me. Mostly I have no idea how to style it for overnight. I’ve tried curl training but I think her hair is till too short with the shrinkage. Sometimes it’s shoulder length but most of the time it’s just above her shoulders

Usually at a Sally’s if you have them around you or Amazon. Just make sure they are boar bristles not plastic

Every parent thinks they are doing their best. When you lie to yourself that your daughter had such an amazing childhood but she still talks about her traumas, you better listen and understand your not perfect and realize whT are your traumas, are not not hers. Because no child grows up with no traumas.... why? Because no parent is and every person is different. Let go of hubris, and focus on just doing your best, and not try to convince yourself youre better than your parents. That will make your adulthood, and hers, horrible because your angry that your child doesnt see you as the perfect parent you think she should.

Right! As a parent now I think "I cannot imagine my child not wanting me to be in their life, I hope I never do anything to make them feel that way". I have no idea how you could just let your child fall away from you, and not want to fight for them and figure out what's going on and how to fix things. My Littles just turned 6, I would do anything to make sure they aren't hurting

Good job for realising this and also being open to talking about it! It's true we sometimes have to mourn our childhood and the idea of what it could have been. ❤

That's so pretty I might cry! 😭 I have one girl and two boys - I SO badly want to do things like this with my little girl's hair, but she's like me at this age - very tom-boyish & she wants to have very short hair so she doesn't have to fuss with it. I am not going to force my wants on to her, I let her get it cut as short as she likes it & help her to style it in cute ways when she wants it, and I'm hoping one day she'll want to grow her hair out so I can do things like this for her! 😭 Cause omg that looks so adorable! 💕
