I do parking enforcement. I got it because it's VERY NOTICEABLE. Beats pulling out my phone hundreds of times a day to clock in/out, message with the pesky boss, check into lots, scan plates, take pictures for tickets and fudge around with a body cam. It's hideous but function over fashion it serves about 10-15 helpful purposes. Most importantly with aggressive people I can quickly record proof why I had to hurt them if I need to.

We don't know which device is the transmitter and which one is the receiver. Why not just have someone explain in English what these toys are supposed to do.
