Super informative!! Thanks so much for sharing all of these great tips. I feel good that I already do a lot of these things, but I definitely picked up new things to add to my questionnaire/client calls. After I meet with clients and they book with me, I like to go over their ideas for their day and plan a rough timeline (for both of us)- my clients really like this because they have an expert planning their day based on the factors that are important to them (and ones that are important to me, like sunset times and travel times) and it helps them coordinate timing for other vendors as well. Then when we get closer to their wedding day, most of the work in planning the timeline is already done and we might just have to do some minor tweaks. Not sure if it's the norm to work on the timeline that early but that's what has worked for me! :)
