what a great old time, one tiny mission I played on 640X480 in the nineties, one crossing of river, infiltrating into the base and blowing something up. no need for big budget. golden age of pc gaming.

This level can be finished with the marine alone. It takes some time to push the barrel though 😂

I don't know why but i remember that when i played it (many years ago) it was impossible to stand and show yourself as the bait in this mission. The Germans were not standing and aiming at you (as in the previous missions) but immediately started shooting.

Depends if they see you standing or moving. If you just stand up and don't move, they do this. If you move, they shoot

I was curious, if it possible to rush on other side of map on boat since official tactic with landing on nearest shore takes huge amount of time. And it really possible, but with raising alarm, thanks for tip =)

After all the sneaking and knifing around, commanding a vehicle which was impervious to small arms fire was a breath of freah air... Surpassed only by the tank battle part in North Africa.

A tip for all who are still playing this game, in order to eliminate a 3-man patrol without triggering alarm, kill one of the back soldiers, then the patrol leader, and finally the last soldier. Make sure you click and cancel quickly if using the harpoon to carry the kills.

This was the original demo mission back in the day, fond memories of my dad playing this on his Windows 95 machine.

Yep, me and my brother also played it and couldn't beat it. Afterwards we saw a walkthrough in the magazine. There was a screenshot of the whole mission along with the path drawn you had to take. My brother noticed something "wrong" with it. It is then we realized the patrols don't show up unless you sound the alarm. We struggled and managed to beat the mission, then went to buy the whole game.

Your speedruns of the other missions are usually great, but this one is just full of bug exploits, the trick with the general not entering his car is like cheating. Not as good as your other mission videos.
