Stayed there for 3 days in June of 2024. It was really nice staff was very nice and attentive. Only issue was the stone i. The outside pool area gets super hot and burns your feet.

There are different kinds of rooms. There is a “single room” and then there is a “double room for single use” but that room can also be sold as a double room for 2 people. I think.

Glad you liked the video!! Most DMZ tours DO NOT include the JSA (the blue buildings) so you really need to look around and find one that does. I don’t think there are many. Have a great trip!!

I believe MOST rooms have that view but not all. I would ask the hotel if you are getting the view. Some rooms face the wrong way.

The flight was fine. Yes I’ve been on the 777 Polaris too although most long haul Polaris Business are on 787s. The seats are a little wider on the triple 7s because the cabin is slightly wider. Maybe 1 inch or so. Other than that it looks the same as in this video.

There is no immigration as travel between states in the US is seamless. However there may be a California agriculture checkpoint, they check for fruits that cannot be brought across state lines. But those are not open all the time.

There are a limited number of JSA tours so I recommend booking as far ahead as possible. In fact a a few months ago, when that US soldier ran into North Korea, they stopped the JSA tours. I assume they’re running them again, but I’m not 100% sure.
